Financial Analysis Team Leader Location – Krakow We Offer You will coordinate the work of financial analysts and oversee preparation of financial reports and analysis for EMEA Papers business. Your objective will be to clarify the message behind the numbers, to reveal problems and possible threats to the organization, to facilitate communication between Corporate/EMEA Headquarter and locations, to support projects across EMEA with expert knowledge and to implement FP&A Team strategy. You will have the opportunity to develop broad financial knowledge and analytical skills and lead a team of strong and dedicated financial analysts. The role gives great exposure to leaders from various locations and functions. You will be responsible for Accurate and timely reporting of financial and operational performance for internal customers within EMEA Papers Providing management with high quality information for decision making Consolidation of budgets, forecasts and strategic plans of IP EMEA Papers divisions Developing new or redesigning existing processes & tools to keep up with changes in business environment and improve reporting and analysis Overview of the work done in the area of expertise, including analytical support for various functions, i.e. sales, manufacturing, supply chain etc. Daily cooperation with EMEA and Corporate Headquarter in Memphis in matters related to financial reporting and analysis Managing the team of financial analysts with special emphasize on people development, balancing workload between team members and supporting recruitment processes You have University degree and/or professional qualification and/or equivalent work experience in Finance / Accounting (or related discipline) Experience of at least 5 years in Finance / Analysis / Controlling. Experience in manufacturing business would be an asset Experience of working in international environment Proven track of record in leading teams Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal customers and gain their trust and respect Proficient knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication in English is essential.
